If an item does not suit you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

unworn

unwashed

with original tags attached

in their original packaging

in perfect condition

Any item returned incomplete or worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Include:

• your order number

We will provide you with the return address or a return label if your order total is over €200.

Please ship the parcel with a tracking number.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for orders under €200.

Returns are free for orders over €200, and a return label will be provided.
