Why are some pieces available on pre-order?

We now operate with limited production or made-to-order manufacturing.
This approach allows us to avoid overproduction, ensure quality craftsmanship, and produce only what is truly ordered.

What is the production timeline?

The estimated timeline is indicated on each product page.
On average: 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the piece.

This timeframe includes production, quality control, and shipping preparation.

Will I receive updates during the waiting period?

Yes. We will send you:

order confirmation

  • production confirmation
  • shipping notification with tracking details

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — as long as the piece has not yet entered production.

Can I return a pre-order item?

Yes, under our standard return conditions (14 days after delivery),
unless the item is marked as personalized or made-to-measure.

What happens in case of a delay?

If the timeline changes, you will be informed immediately with:

  • the option to cancel and receive a refund, should you wish to do so
